Sep. 8th, 2013 06:19 pmThe day was no different than any other Wednesday. Not really. Except the one extra guest this time. And most were surprised when she pried herself away from his side to bounce around the ship to help them ready for the evening family get together of sort. She normally always did. But they'd accepted the fact that their lovely captain remained perfectly attached to the Nephilim they saved. Most of the crew seemed accepting even. Some even dared to comment she looked more lively than usual. They were right.
Magna had never felt so alive in her entire existence. Getting the ship ready for the evening felt like the singular most important event of her life all of a sudden. Which is why she'd kissed Alec's cheek grinning telling him she'd only be ashore less than half an hour when they stopped to get supplies. And she'd found a dress there from a caravan of wandering gypsies selling silks and clothing that suited her darker complexion as well as the golden jewelry to adorn her arms legs and even her waist. Maybe the adornment int he navel was a little much... but she'd heal fast after taking it out later if he seemed to disapprove.
When she trotted back on board, they set sail to leave shore. The finishing touches could be handled by her crew as they pulled out instruments and readied for the dinner that would end with a night in starlight. Magna, however scurried to Catarina and drug her off. The end result had her picking nervously at the silken falls of silvery blues and teals that could be seen off the coasts of the Caribbean and into the horizon of the sea. It was beautiful. All the way down to the soft ringlets that Catarina enjoyed putting in her hair like a mother doting on her child.
"This is new. I know you like to dress up, but you actually look nervous." Catarina seemed pleased with herself as Magnus managed to blush a delicate crimson. "You really like him don't you?"
Tucking a raven strand behind her ear, she arched a brow at her healer. "It's impossible not to. I'm trying not to let my hopes and desires run away from me."
Catarina only shook her head and pushed at her. "Go get him. It'll likely take him a while to actually come out of your cabin." Magna laughed at that. It was true. Alec had been hiding. But that was before she knew they were accepting. Now they wanted to see him. Curious as to what and who made Magnus Bane so insanely happy.
So when she opened the door to her cabin, holding a package of new clothes for him, she smiled slowly. "Hey... Sorry it's been so crazy today. You know... the crew wants to meet you." The flush in her cheeks only darkened as she worried about how he'd see her in the new clothes, but she didn't wince or shy away. "Please come with me to join them?"

Date: 2013-09-09 12:10 am (UTC)So he stayed out of the way, kept to himself except his time with Catarina, and tried to make sure that he wasn't a bother to the rest of the crew. It really wasn't much different than his life at the Institute except that his family wasn't near. But on the ship he had Magnus....
She made him forget about how much he missed his siblings, giving Alec something that he'd never had before.
Hope.
Back home his parents expected little of him and when measured against Jace and Izzy, he'd never be seen as a great hunter. Few would think of him as a Shadowhunter at all. But Magnus shared his ideals and interests, making him feel like he was valued and important.
Those butterflies that had attacked him the first day he was conscious hadn't left him, fluttering wildly whenever she gave him that smile that seemed to be only for him. It reminded him of how he'd felt around Jace, but this seemed brighter, bringing happiness instead of the guilt that had always accompanied his thoughts about his parabatai.
The nervousness worsened as the preparations for the Wednesday party were underway. He'd said yes to Magnus' invitation, but now he was unsure. The crew might now want an outsider - a Shadowhunter - attending their celebration. Doubt lingered in the back of his mind as he bathed and got ready to meet Magnus, eying his borrowed clothes with distaste.
Normally, he wouldn't care about such things, but he was tired of wearing things that didn't belong to him and, if he was being honest with himself, he wanted to look nice for Magnus. Knowing that he had no other choice, he dressed and tried to control his now unruly hair.
When he heard her enter the cabin, he gave up on it as a lost cause. Turning toward the door, whatever he was going to say was forgotten as he caught sight of her in her new... dress?
Did it count as a dress? It wasn't like anything he'd seen before except in storybooks. She looked like something from a fairy tale, dressed in shades of blue that reminded him of the ocean and sky, gold sparkling against her skin. And... His eyes widened slightly as he realized there was a jewel in her navel.
"It's - I - " Swallowing hard, he tried to speak but the words kept tumbling together. "You look beautiful."

Date: 2013-09-09 12:38 am (UTC)"You like it?" She turned and pulled the skirt a little and smiled at the water like fluidity of the fabric through her fingers. "I hoped you would." Lifting golden eyes to his, she suddenly smiled at him sweetly. "I brought you something..."
Pulling the large package from under her arm, she offered it to him. "I felt it only hair to get you something to wear that would be your own. The fabric is softer as well. I'm sure you'd like it more."
She wrung her hands together as she watched him and the package. She'd stayed close to blacks and only accents of blue or gold... but she still didn't know. "If you don't like it, you can go with me this next time. I didn't ask today because I wanted to surprise you this once..."

Date: 2013-09-09 01:57 am (UTC)Giving himself a mental shake, Alec told himself that he couldn't keep staring at her, especially when she had bought him a gift. "Thank you. I am getting tired of wearing these clothes." Pausing he realized that he sounded almost ungrateful. "I'm glad I have them, but it'd be nice to have something that isn't borrowed."
Taking the package, he sat down on the bed, glancing over at Magnus before opening it quickly when he noticed how nervous she seemed. Inside there was a black shirt and matching trousers. Putting those on the mattress beside him, he lifted up a dark coat that was either black or deep blue, trimmed in gold and a shade of brighter blue that he was sure Magnus would say matched his eyes.
The coat wasn't something he would have chosen for himself - not that he knew anything about fashion - but it was obvious that Magnus had thought of him when she picked it out. That made it special, something he'd be proud to wear. "I love it, Magnus. But I'd still like to go with you next time since you wanted me to go shopping with you."

Date: 2013-09-09 02:30 am (UTC)Smiling a little, she nodded. "I figured you were. I think I'd go stir crazy not having my own clothing. But then... I kind of love my clothes." Moving closer to him, she leaned on his shoulder and watched him go through the clothes. Tipping her head up, she watched his face lovingly.
"I knew you liked black. I tried to stay close to that and not stray with too much color." His thoughts rang true, however. She did pick the beautiful coat with his eyes, skin tone and hair in mind. He would look stunning in it. Not that she didn't already think he was...
"I'm glad you love it." She felt pride swell in her chest before a grin broke out on her face. "Like I said... I did it this time just to see if I could surprise you. I'll have much more fun when I go with you." Curling her arm through his, she rested her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes. "I want to do something else before we go... so... if you want to change behind the screen...."
Funnily enough, she said that... but she didn't move or let him go.

Date: 2013-09-09 03:57 am (UTC)"I'm not that attached to my clothes." Not in a way that most people would understand. Alec protested loudly when his sister and mother decided he needed his wardrobe updated, but what they usually threw out was what he was most comfortable wearing. They never tossed out the things he hated or the clothes he was supposed to wear while attending his parents' parties. "But that doesn't mean I want to wear other people's."
Running his fingers over the fabric of the coat, he smiled at how much thought she'd put into the gift. Usually when someone else picked his things, they cared only about fashion, not whether or not he might like it. "I do. It's perfect."
Laughing softly, he leaned against her, his free hand catching hers. "You did surprise me. I'll try to be patient until I can go with you." For a moment, he stayed where he was, not wanting to move and ruin the contentment that he felt at having Magnus near. "We can stay like this for a little while unless the crew is waiting."

Date: 2013-09-09 04:18 am (UTC)Running her fingers over his arm as she leaned into him, a smile graced her lips. "We'll have to work on that. Get things that you can like and want to keep." Because one could at least love their clothes for comfort. Alec seemed to have no love for them at all. "No one wants to wear someone else's clothes. That was part of the reason I stopped to find you something." She'd felt bad that it took a few days for her to look...
Tipping her head up, she met beautiful blue eyes and she felt everything inside tremble and melt under his gaze. Part of her wanted to reply that he was perfect... but she kept it to herself. "We'll make it yours... I promise."
Twining their fingers together, she hovered close and just drank in his warmth and safety. "I'm sorry I went without you. It will never happen again... if only because all I wanted was for you to be there." At his suggestion to stretch the moment out... she smiled more. Slipping around, she caught him about the neck and burrowed into his chest.
"Let's stay like this... just for a little bit longer." The crew wouldn't look for her. Not when they knew where she was with her half-angel.

Date: 2013-09-09 06:35 am (UTC)Isabelle had always told him he was terrible with women, kindness keeping her from ever mentioning the most obvious reason why. He'd always believed her but if the way Magnus was looking at him was indication, Isabelle was wrong. "I do like it. It really does look beautiful. I haven't seen anything like it before."
Returning that smile, the nervous feeling settled to contentment at having Magnus so close. "I had things that I liked back home. The problem was that no one else liked them." It was more than that. Most of it focusing on the family reputation, but Alec was reluctant to speak of it and make that part of his life intrude on his happiness.
Gently squeezing her hand, he wished that 'never' really could happen but he knew that wasn't possible. "Don't make promises like that, Magnus." Vows were too important to Shadowhunters for one to be taken lightly, even ones what were made as jokes. "I want to be there with you."
As Magnus' arms slipped around his neck, Alec blushed slightly as he held her close. The lines of propriety kept blurring or were becoming forgotten but he couldn't bring himself to act the way society would prefer. Not when he wanted Magnus near. Sighing softly, he rested his cheek against her hair. "No one will come looking for you?"

Date: 2013-09-10 02:07 am (UTC)And not cheap. But then, she liked getting a reaction from Alec whenever she could. What she didn't like... was the idea of people not letting Alec be who he wanted to be. "Doesn't matter what everyone else likes. When we go shopping... you pick what you want." Leaning in closer, she tipped her head back and lightly brushed her lips against his chin.
"I'll do whatever I can to make it reality." She smiled at him softly. She knew how important vows were to a hunter... and she wanted him to know he was important. Golden eyes glittered in the low light of the cabin as she considered pulling him down for a kiss. Sometimes she didn't know how forward she acted or not. "I want you with me wherever I go."
Settling against him, Magna marveled at how well they fit together. Like they were made to press against each other and hold on to one another. "I finished all the work before now... So they couldn't." Letting one hand moved, she gently slipped her fingertips along his neck as her eyes closed. "I kind of wanted time with you..."
Even if they seemed to have a lot together... she couldn't help but want more.

Date: 2013-09-10 03:09 am (UTC)He was curious about what it's real form was but that didn't seem important when Magnus seemed so annoyed by how his family treated him. It was something Alec was used to. The parties and matchmaking had been part of growing up. The idea that things might be different rarely occurred to him.
At least not until he'd been rescued and given choices he'd never had before. "No one likes what I choose, Magnus. It's always black and too big." And not proper, according to his parents. "They want me to be a gentleman." So that he could help rebuild the family's reputation without thought of what he might want.
It'd be different if Magnus helped him choose. She wouldn't be planning to barter him off to whatever Shadowhunter family his parents wanted favors from. She'd choose because she liked something and thought he might like it too. "We'll both pick, okay? You know what I'll need on the ship." And she wouldn't be parading him around in hopes of finding him a fiancee.
Smiling at the kiss, he ran his fingers lightly over the material before brushing playing with her hair. "I want that too." Alec knew he shouldn't. His family probably thought he was dead even if Jace would know that wasn't true, but he wanted to stay with her for as long as possible.
Part of him wondered if this is where he was meant to be. Being near Magnus made him finally feel whole and alive, like some vital part of himself had been found. Shivering as her fingers moved over one of the runes on his neck, he lightly kissed the top of her head. "I was hoping we'd have time together before the party."
He was looking forward to getting out of Magnus' quarters, but he wouldn't mind if they were late.

Date: 2013-09-10 03:29 am (UTC)Turning her head, she rested her cheek on his chest. "Watch." Holding one hand out almost cupped between them, a blue flame rose from her palm and spread itself like wings unfurling. Then like a bird, it shifted and changed before taking flight from her hand. The little blue fire bird did a circle about them before burning up in blue sparks. "I learned to do that as a child... for fun."
Tipping her head to peer up at him, her brow furrowed. "When you're with me... you may wear whatever you want. I promise that. I want you happy here." But the part about wanting him to be a gentleman made her smile warmly. "You are a gentleman. With or without perfect clothes that a fashion designer picks."
She would sell her own soul to her own father before she dared let anyone take Alec away without his consent. And she'd let hell freeze over (gladly) before she let some other person take him away without trying to win him over. "I'll help. You pick. I will make suggestions and you will tell me honestly 'yes' or 'no'. Deal?"
Catching his hand again, she drew it to her lips and kissed his palm. Smiling at him almost impishly, she smoothed his hand out then cupped her beneath it. Murmuring a soft spell, she blew against his hand and glittery lit up sparkles flew from his supine hand like clatter that floated a moment. He wanted her... Well... to be with her. That was more than she could hope for.
"I made sure we had time. Was there something you wanted to do." Snuggling closer to his chest, her finger softly moved to twine through his. "We have time... all the time you could want.."
Closing her eyes, whispered to him softly. "What would you like... name anything..."

Date: 2013-09-10 06:47 am (UTC)Magic was something he'd rarely seen. Nephilim frowned upon it and warlocks had rarely been allowed inside the Institute. When he did see spells being cast, they were practical things meant to heal or allow Shadowhunters to travel from place to place.
As Alec watched the blue fire cupped in her palm turn into a bird, his eyes brightened with wonder. Reaching out, he caught one of the sparks on his palm as if it were a snowflake, the magic tingling along his skin before disappearing. "It's amazing." For a moment, he imagined a cat eyed little girl with an entire magical zoo surrounding her. "Did you make other creatures or just birds?"
Smiling against her hair, he felt a rush of happiness when she said that he was gentleman no matter how he might dress. "I'll take your suggestions and hope that we can find a compromise. I don't want to embarrass you with my bad taste."
A faint blush crept across his face at that kiss, his expression awed as sparkles danced in the air. As he watched them drift away, it seemed like the sparks had found their way into his chest, causing him to feel like he was floating when she cuddled closer.
Gently squeezing her hand, he wondered if he should truly ask for what he'd like. There was one thing he wanted, something he'd thought of since she'd helped him during his first day of consciousness after his rescue.
If she hadn't offered, he never would have dared to speak, keeping his thoughts to himself, but everything felt perfect and he couldn't help asking for something he'd been thinking of for days. "I'd like a kiss. If I can have one."

Date: 2013-09-10 11:54 am (UTC)Smiling at his praise, she looked up at him and smiled warmly. Her eyes went out of focus though, when he asked about what she did as a child. Nuzzling her cheek against his chest, she dug through the memories of nights alone in the Silent City where she couldn't really use magic. "I say child... but it didn't really start till I was a young teenager." Concentrating a little, blue flames morphed and changed to a tiny cat in her palm. "I knew a few. But I never could hold them long."
Laughing softly at his declaration, she moved her arms to wrap around his waist and hug him. She felt tiny against him. Tiny but safe. Not that a warlock of her caliber should feel afraid, but she did. She was always afraid deep down. Probably left over fear from her childhood. Not that she cared to think about the deeper implications of her life. "You'll never embarrass me. When you think that, just remember my friend peacock in the closet. I have no shame."
Letting her eyes fall closed, she started to just soak up his warmth and presence so close. Until he made that request so quietly. Tipping her head up to look at her, her eyes widened a little. He wanted to kiss her. Like that earlier thought had somehow infected him and got him to want what she wanted.
Her lips pulled upward, the smile growing exponentially. "You can always have a kiss. Whenever you want." Pulling her arms from around his waist, she reached up to cup his face between her hands. "I was... hoping you would kiss me actually..."

Date: 2013-09-10 02:19 pm (UTC)He was also curious why she'd been drinking and why the memory was something not to be proud of... other than the obvious reasons. But he wouldn't ask, not when it seemed that his questions didn't bring up pleasant memories.
Snuggling closer, he nuzzled her hair, trying to give comfort so that whatever hurt her would loosen its hold on her memories. Touching her hand, Alec smiled down at the cat she held in her palm. "They're still beautiful."
Beautiful but sad now that he could see the sadness that accompanied the story. He wanted to protect her from whatever had hurt her and make her smile again. He'd always been the one to defend others, but this was different than making sure to watch his siblings' backs. This was something deeper.
His thoughts turned to less serious as she reminded him of the peacock. Chuckling softly, he ran his hand lightly along her back. "That peacock has many uses." The words sounded solemn, but a smile tugged at his lips. "I really do want to see Ragnor's reaction to it."
The warlock would probably blame Alec somehow for Magnus' wild fashion sense, but it'd be worth it to see Ragnor have a fit.
After he asked that question, he watched her nervously. They'd kissed before, but that didn't mean that she'd allow him to do it again. Or that she'd want him to. For a moment, he was sure she'd say no and he struggled for an apology only to have her smile.
Returning that smile, he leaned in closer, breath hitching slightly as Magnus gave him permission to kiss her whenever he wished. "I didn't want to take liberties I shouldn't."
Even if he'd wanted to, thinking about it every night since he'd give her his first kiss. As he pressed his lips to hers, he almost wished he had more experience so he'd know what she might like, slowly deepening the kiss as he tried to learn what pleased her.

Date: 2013-09-11 02:37 am (UTC)Lifting her gaze to him, she slipped her hand into his and wove their fingers together. "The first time I saw you, I thought you and your siblings moved like a pack of perfectly in tune wolves. Beautiful but dangerous." Tipping her head up to look at him, she smiled. "Same with my magic."
But the sweet but serious comment got lost in the laughter at Alec's remark on her hat. Smothering her own laughter, she grinned at Alec and spoke softly. "Oh. It does. Like getting lost in a flock of peacocks. And yes... primarily use of aggravating Ragnor Fell. Profusely. Especially when worn with exceptionally vibrant clothing that 'assaults his senses'." Nodding sagely, she giggled.
"I think... your honesty only makes it more valuable to me." What man had she ever met that asked her so sweetly to kiss. Moving closer, she breathed in his scent so close like this. Smoothing her thumb along Alec's cheek, her eyes danced with all the happiness of knowing she'd be able to kiss him again. "But now you know to take the liberties at will..."
Tipping her head to the right angle, she met Alec's lips with soft need but no pushing. Kissing him back, she followed his lead making a soft sound of desire as he dared to deepen it. Mouthing opening up for him, she mewled into his wanting him to explore and learn her without rushing him.
She also made sure to let him know what she liked with a soft purr and gentle needy sounds.

Date: 2013-09-11 04:06 am (UTC)Gently squeezing her hand, he considered the description of his family. It was right in many ways. They were trained to hunt together but it made him uncomfortable when so many Shadowhunters thought that Downworlders were just prey. "Dangerous depending on who is using those skills."
Thoughts that easily could have turned to guilt lightened when he heard her laughter. "Why do I have the feeling you have a lot of outfits that offend his senses." Not that offending Ragnor seemed that difficult.
Not that he really wanted to think of the warlock when Magnus was laughing and smiling at him. His eyes half closed as she touched his face, flushing slightly as he thought of being able to kiss her whenever he wished.
His heart stuttered at the thought, a moan catching in his throat as she let him in, the purr encouraging him as he licked into her mouth, memorizing the taste of her until he finally he reluctantly pulled away to pant softly against her lips. "I - Was it... Did you like it?"

Date: 2013-09-11 04:42 am (UTC)Slowly her grin broadened and her smile became filled with mischief before his eyes. "Because it's something I do and I do it well. I save them for the days he really deserves it. I likely would have worn one today... but I have someone far more important that I dressed for today."
Her skin reddened just a little, but not much. She loved feeling like she could be candid with him. Like she didn't have to be anyone but herself. She only hoped he felt the same.
The hands on Alec's face moved, reaching around to hug him about the neck and slowly kiss him in fervent feelings and adoration... if she was honest she'd say it. That one word that wrapped about her heart when she looked at him and he spoke or touched her.
And his kiss was no exception. It left her a melted mess, soft lips still parted and kiss swollen while she panted softly for air. The black slit pupils dilated as she met his gaze and purred lowly.
"I loved it..."

Date: 2013-09-11 06:05 am (UTC)Returning her grin, he was both afraid of and curious about her wardrobe. But no matter how much he might want to see the kinds of outfits she had to make Ragnor twitch, he was glad that she had thought him important enough to dress up for. Brushing his hand along the skirt, his grin softened to a look of adoration. "Thank you for this."
Although he wasn't sure what he was thanking her for. She'd done so much for him. She had rescued him and offered him a chance at experiencing things that never would have been possible to him at the Institute. That was more than enough to deserve his gratitude, but she gave him more than that, offering him friendship and affection that he'd never had before.
Affection that he returned with an intensity that Alec hadn't realized was possible until he'd met Magnus. Those feelings became more obvious as he tried to slow his racing heart, unconsciously licking his lips as he looked into her eyes. "I loved it too."

Date: 2013-09-12 03:45 am (UTC)Being by his side felt as natural as breathing. Like the'd never even experienced being apart. Strange as it all seemed... he felt like something she'd always been missing and always been looking for. But her breath hitched softly causing the purring to stumble then grow deeper as his hand trailed the skirt. "Mm... you're very welcome. Just means I attained my goal if you're happy for it."
Lifting her head, she smiled up at him with all the feelings she felt swirling inside. And even if she'd not put the word to it, there was pure love in golden eyes. Said gold darkened at the lick to her lips and she moaned softly, almost inaudibly, pushing closer to him on impulse.
Nothing in her memories compared to the feelings he incited in her. Nothing at all. "Is it just me... or does it feel like we've known each other forever instead of just a few days?"

Date: 2013-09-13 02:14 am (UTC)"I hope it's that easy, Magnus. I don't want to be that way." Although he doubted that he ever could. He'd never wanted to hurt others and now that he'd met Magnus... He couldn't imagine ever harming her or the people she cared for. And if she truly did want to do the right thing with him, then there would be no temptation to ever give in to his ancestors' vices. "I'd like that. I want..."
To be with you...
It was something he'd thought of often once Alec was sure Ragnor wasn't going to feed him to the sharks. He missed his family, but he had the feeling he'd miss Magnus more. She was some vital part of his heart that he'd never realized was missing.
It was probably to think that way. They'd just met. He'd been in love with Jace for years, but now that was a hazy memory and all he could think of was Magnus.
Smiling at that purr, his hand stilled when her breathing changed, afraid that he'd gone too far despite how close they'd become in the past few days. Alec was about to apologize when he saw the emotion in her eyes, realizing that what he felt was shared.
His heart stuttered as she licked her lips, remembering what Magnus had said about being allowed to kiss her whenever he wished. Swallowing hard, he forced himself not to run his hand along her thigh or to lean in for a kiss that he suddenly desperately needed. "I've thought that dozens of times. I've never felt anything like this before."

Date: 2013-09-13 03:18 am (UTC)When she thought about how much she loved his presence, she played a game. One where she asked herself various things to see if she'd do it for him or not. Like leaving her ship for good. Or moving on without Catarina or Ragnor. Even pretending to be a mundane just so she could stay with him. Yes, yes and yes... The more questions she asked herself, the more times she surprised herself when the answer was yes.
But when he stopped the hand on her form, she felt the lower lip pout slightly. Biting at her lower lip to make herself stop, she leaned in closer and softly brushed her lips to his chin.
Keeping his eyes on hers when she could, she purred gently just from the warmth of being in his arms. But those words... being so close... it felt like everything in her couldn't resist him. Pushing closer, her arms wrapped about him tight and held him close.
"I haven't either... you're rewriting all the rules for me... and I like it." Magnus lived 'on the fly' doing as she pleased when she pleased. But Alec... Alec brought Magna so much. More than she could ever imagine.
Trailing her fingers over his face and jaw, she slowly leaned in till their lips brushed. "Closer." Whispering the word to his lips before finally giving in. She wrapped her arms about his neck and claimed his lips. Licking her way into his mouth, she poured all of her emotions and desires for him into that one meeting of lips.

Date: 2013-09-15 03:23 am (UTC)But if she did...
He'd give it all up. The Clave wouldn't want him if they ever knew about his secret. His parents would disown him even if he'd never acted on his feelings for Jace. He was too much of a disappointment to them for them to forgive his feelings for his parabatai or for the love he felt for the warlock who had saved him.
Alec had assumed that Jace was the one he loved, never thinking he'd give his heart to another. Yet after a few days, he was willing to give Magnus everything. With that love were feelings he'd never had for any of the women who had thrown themselves at him or even for the teenager he'd thought he'd fallen for completely.
He wanted to kiss her and touch her... Something that Magnus seemed to want as well. Looking into her eyes, he forgot how to breathe as her lips brushed against his lips.
No matter how much he tried, he couldn't stop himself from giving her what she wanted. His hand slid to her hip, pulling her close as his lips parted for her. Groaning lowly into the kiss, he tangled his other hand gently in her hair. Elation caught in his chest as he returned the kiss with all the love and longing he felt for her.

She should likely tell him what her plans are... but she decides to let him follow along until he protested. Which is why she pulled him closer to the bed then nudged him down onto the edge.
Slipping into his lap, she straddled his waist and carded her fingers through his hair. When she dipped down, the first kiss brushed his temple, the next the corner of his eye before she licked at the corner of his lips and kissed them sweetly. Softly tugging his hair, she tipped his head back and kissed down the line of his neck before nipping and suckling on the line of his pulse.
He tasted and felt amazing. She knew she shouldn't be doing this. It went way out of bounds of propriety, but she felt no guilt. She only felt alive for the first time in centuries. "Do you want me to stop?" But that didn't mean she wouldn't give him the chance to run if he wanted it...

Swallowing hard, he tried not to react to having her close, but that was impossible. Especially when she found a spot on his neck that seemed to make him forget about everything except how much he loved and wanted her. Shivering as she nipped at his skin, Alec slid his hands along her skirt, fingers slipping beneath the silken fabric.
It was completely improper to touch her and to let her keep teasing his neck, but he couldn't protest. Panting softly, he tipped his head to give Magnus better access, tracing patterns against her skin. "No... don't stop."

Date: 2013-09-29 04:01 am (UTC)Softly twirling dark hair in her fingers, she focused on his neck with each nibble and kiss. And the moment he tipped his head to let her have access and his finger touched her skin... everything seemed to burst in her abdomen like a flurry of butterflies. Sucking hard on his neck, she knew there would be a mark there. Her skin quivered in delight under his skin and soon.... soon she was pressed entirely against him.
The feelings ran away with her though, and she pressed against him, almost looking for some sort of friction between them. Licking at the new mark on his throat, she purred at his words and slipped her hands up his shoulders and neck. One set of fingers tangled into his hair and she kissed his lips soft and sweet.
"I won't." Purring the words, she stole his lips again and slowed the kiss to draw out the slow taking of his mouth. She felt addicted to him. Like she could never have enough of his taste and warmth. It became blindingly obvious that she fell for him utterly and completely with no chance of return. Not that she wanted to...
Nipping his lip, she purred into his mouth. "You... you can take it off... if you want..." She wanted his hands on her... so the idea of him undoing the near delicate clasps holding up her skirt was more than welcome.
