Sighing softly as Magnus began to purr, for a few moments he could forget about his worries for his family and his parabatai. Magnus and the kittens were safe. Camille's attempts at tearing them apart had failed. They'd find a way to save Jace wherever he was.

But even that purr and the accompanying kiss couldn't lessen his shock. It made sense in a way. It was new physically, even if their souls were the same so he'd never thought it was possible. Until now and everything clicked into place.

This was why Mal and Lex had looked at him so expectantly when Magnus had announced that she couldn't change. They were going to have a baby...

"I..." Shock turned to elation as he slipped his hand over Magna's. "Yes I'm happy. More than happy." Grinning at his love, he gave her an adoring kiss. "Why wouldn't I be happy? We're having another kitten."
