"I'm sorry." She didn't mean to be a burden. She meant to save him. Not weigh him down and make him carry her weight. "But thank you..." His willingness to let her sleep while he walked was more than appreciated. Even though she knew she would stay awake for him to keep him company.
Searching her mind for a place that Sebastian would never look, her eyes moved as though looking through a map before closing them again. It gave a dull ache in the brain that came from not enough sleep. "Amidst mundane... there's a village not far to the north. He ignores them for now... but no more than a day. We need distance. He'll wake up by tomorrow evening..."
